Make the most of your lake getaway with these TRR Pro Tips:
1. Pack a fishing pole
TRR has 5 fishing and swimming platforms for you to enjoy! Pack a pole and bring your fishing license. If you don’t have a license for this season, they are available for sale at Deer Run Grocery – a local store on Indian Point.
2. Bring beach towels
From the NEW saltwater pool to jumping in Table Rock Lake, you will need a few beach towels! Most units on the resort have laundry machines for towels that need refreshed.
3. If you want to rent a boat, reserve it ASAP
TRR has boat rentals exclusively for our guests. They sell out fast! Book your tri-toon boat as soon as possible. Contact Table Rock Resorts.
4. Don't forget your boating license
To rent a boat from TRR, you must be a registered guest, be at least 21 years old, and have a valid driver’s license. If born on or after 1/1/1984, you will need to pass the online Missouri Boaters Safety Course. Click HERE to take the course.
5. Remember your favorite foods and seasonings
All of our units have a kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. You should bring ALL food or beverages you wish to have in your unit. Also pack any seasonings, condiments, or “special” cookware, if you plan to cook. Basic kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided.
6. For our coffee fanatics, bring coffee grounds and seasonings
Every unit has a traditional coffee maker available for your use with grounds for one pots of coffee. For those who are avid coffee drinkers, we suggest packing coffee grounds and additional coffee filters.
7. Bring laundry detergent
Great news! Laundry units are in nearly every unit. You will need to bring your own laundry detergent to wash towels, swim suits, and clothing.
8. We've got the basics, but you may want to bring your own life jackets
The resort has free life jackets for your use. They are the traditional orange life jackets. Many guests prefer their own life jackets and we highly encourage you bring them for free kayak rentals or swimming in the lake!
9. Buy the charcoal - the resort has the grill
There are charcoal grills scattered across the resort – all you need is charcoal. Keep in mind that the grills are on a first come, first serve basis!
